PhotoArts Imaging Professionals, LLC is a photographic & electronic, time-based media art conservation & specialty lab located south of Hattiesburg, MS in the Dixie Community. The principals of PhotoArts are conservators with more than six decades combined experience with their media specialties & all their various forms.

In this private practice firm, the conservators examine, treat, restore and preserve all types of photographic materials from cased photographs to digital images. The electronic media & films conservator handles various types of time-based media from 8mm movie films to the born-digital formats of both audio & video materials, and information found on media in between. We are well versed on the output materials such as CD, DVD, hard drive disks or portable drives.
Conservators are also available for conservation assessments of entire departments or collections of photographic, A-V, films and digital asset materials. General conservation assessments generally include all collections, the building & environmental systems protecting them, as well as the policies & procedures for collection care.
Preservation planning assessments are offered to museums, archives, library special collections, and large individual collectors. Assessments are done locally, regionally, and nationally by arrangement.
